What we do

Delivery you can rely on.

Delivery

We send invoices by email on behalf of our business clients, from a clean, authenticated domain.

Confirmed receipt

Every delivery is logged with a timestamp, so the business that sent it knows their invoice reached the recipient.

Reporting

Clear reporting on everything you send, so you can keep track of it all in one place.

Received an invoice?

What it means if you got an email from us.

If you have received an email from InvoicePost, it is carrying a genuine invoice from a business you have dealt with. That business uses InvoicePost to deliver the document and to confirm it reached you.

The email is sent on the business's behalf — their name is on the message and on the attached invoice, along with their own contact details.

Privacy

How we handle your information.

InvoicePost handles a small amount of information so that we can deliver documents on our clients' behalf and confirm they arrived.

What we handle
The recipient email address, the invoice being delivered, and delivery information — whether and when a message was delivered and opened.
Why we handle it
Solely to deliver the document on behalf of the business that issued it, and to confirm receipt to that business.
Our basis
We process this information under the Privacy Act 2020 as agent for the business client whose invoice we deliver. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.
